We were traveling to the U.T. Southwest Medical Center on Harry Hines until the doctor we trusted with our care retired. We tried different doctors there after ours retired but could not find one we were happy with. The travel time and expense of parking at UTSW was also a negative. We were looking for a primary care physician closer to home when we found Dr. Salma Mazhar. We are in our 5th month and we both are very pleased with her work. As our primary care physician she listens to what is being said, asks the right questions to gather more information and presents the solutions to your problems. Should you need a specialist she refers you to one and provides a printout of all the information needed to make the appointment. There are several additional pluses for choosing Dr. Mazhar as your doctor. Most everything needed is on site such as lab, pet scans, support classes for Diabetes and many other services that benefits her patients. Her medical support staff we have met includes a P.A., Nurses, Assistants, and Training personnel. The Office staffs is well trained and like the rest of her staff are very courteous and greet us with a smile.
